Certificate of Deposit (CD) and IRA

If you are looking for a safe investment with a good rate of return, a Foster Bank CD or IRA allows you to choose a specific investment period and earn a fixed interest rate. You have the option of investing short-term or long-term, depending on your financial goals. Deposits are federally insured by the FDIC, however a penalty for the early withdrawal of funds may apply. For example, when your Personal Banker links yours qualifying checking accounts to your Deluxe Savings, you'll earn a preferred interest rate.
