My accounts aren't linked online. I can no longer see everything online.
Foster Bank is working dilligently to restore access to all accounts as soon as possible. To verify account access and protect the security of all accounts, this must be done individually. The process is easy, safe and secure. However, it does take time. For each account, the data must be entered manually.
Known Issues:
I cannot see all of my accounts in online banking anymore! This is a frequent error for customers that viewed business accounts or joint accounts along with their personal account. The accounts are safe and secure. However, to protect the privacy of our account holders during the upgrade, we had to limit the visibility of certain account types.

What can I do? Please call your banker or visit your local branch and ask us to restore access. We will process these changes as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you with any immediate needs. We appreciate your patience during this update. If viewing your linked accounts can wait, we encourage you to contact us at a later date. It will help us process the immediate requests for customers that use these accounts for paying bills or transfers.
My accounts aren't linked online. How do I transfer between accounts? How do I check my balances? Until your accounts are linked as mentioned above, you will be unable to view or access them online.
